Confidential Marriage License

The couple must be living together during the marriage license process.

​

• Confidential Marriage License Fee: $85.

• Notary Public Fee: $15. per person

​

Marriage Application to be filled out and signed by both parties.

​

Required documents:

​

A valid California ID/DL, State ID/DL, Passport, Military Service ID, Alien Resident card,

Matricula Consular, Consular Card, Birth Certificate, divorce decree (if any) within 2 years.

​

Documents must be in English. If the documents are in another language, they must be accompanied by a certified English translation.

The translation must be notarized.
